These terms govern your use of the Arabic Unlocked website, mobile app, Academy and courses. By using our services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up.

Subscriptions and free trials

App Premium is offered as a monthly, six-monthly or yearly subscription, and each begins with a free 7-day trial unless stated otherwise. After the trial, the plan renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Courses and the Academy

Standalone courses are one-time purchases that grant lifetime access to the course content. The Academy Program is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Access is for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes where required.

Refunds

If something is not right, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help. Refund eligibility depends on the product and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to disrupt them, or copy, distribute or resell our content without permission.

Intellectual property

All content within the app, Academy and courses, including lessons, audio, video and design, belongs to Arabic Unlocked or its licensors and is protected by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
